Enviro Infra Engineers Secures ₹207 Crore Wind-Solar EPC Contract

Enviro Infra Engineers has bagged a domestic EPC order for the value of ₹207.47 crore without GST from CGE 30 Hybrid Energy Private Ltd. This is an installation of a hybrid power generation unit, which includes both wind and solar.

Work scope shall include land consolidation and development, Balance of Plant Works, civil and electrical works, wind turbine generator installation, lifting facilities for wind turbine generator installation and storage handling, inter-carting and installation activities, solar power project works, evacuation, testing, commissioning, and handing over of land and right-of-way.

Enviro Infra Engineers has to finish their work by June 2027, which means they have to complete the task in about 13 months. It should be noted that this is the domestic EPC order.

Enviro Infra Engineers clarified that the promoter, promoter group, and group companies hold no interest in CGE 30 Hybrid Energy Private Ltd. The company also confirmed the order does not qualify as a related party transaction.

This victory comes after a robust period of order inflows. In the last month, the company secured two EPC contracts totalling ₹972 crore. The first, worth ₹587.2 crore, involves developing a sewer network across 306 urban local bodies in Maharashtra under the Swachh Bharat Mission Urban 2.0. The second contract is valued at ₹384.98 crore. Both carry a 24-month completion timeline.

Shares of the company closed at ₹206.50 on the BSE in the last week of May, down 0.46 per cent.
