Background

Thomas Cook (India) Limited and its group company SOTC Travel have taken a big step to improve hotel and long-stay options for corporate travellers in India. The companies have teamed up with Booking.com to give business clients a much wider range of accommodation choices.

Under this partnership, Booking.com’s large global list of places to stay has been added to the corporate booking systems used by Thomas Cook India and SOTC. Through this, companies will be able to book from more than 31 million listings in over 220 countries and territories. These include hotels, resorts, apartments, serviced homes, and other options suitable for business travel.

The move is designed to help Indian companies book suitable accommodations for their employees while making sure travel policies are followed. It makes sure employees have comfortable and convenient accommodations during their business trips.

The system makes it easier for companies to handle bookings, saving time and cutting down on errors. It also makes it easier for companies to check pricing, control travel rules, and handle invoices without confusion.

Indiver Rastogi, president and group head of global business travel at Thomas Cook India and SOTC Travel, said the partnership will give companies more options and the help they need to plan business trips smoothly.

With this collaboration, corporate travellers in India now have a wider range of accommodation choices, along with clear guidance, dependable support, and tools that match their company’s needs.
